The MAGES.-developed Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds and Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive will be delisted from all digital storefronts along with related downloadable content on March 4, 2024, Rocket Panda Games announced. Users who already own the game and its downloadable content will still be able to access it.
Rocket Panda Games announced Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) in September, which is a remade version of the game with enhanced online features, modern design, re-tuned gameplay, and an Unreal Engine 5 base. It is being developed in-house at Rocket Panda Games with some of the same developers responsible for the original Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds and Phantom Breaker: Omnia. It will launch in 2024.
Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds is available for Xbox 360 and PC via Steam, and Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive is available for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and Switch.
